Cancellations

Time is precious. In the event that you can not make your scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid charges. Please call one week in advance for weddings, or parties of four or more.

Children

We love kids, but the spa is the one place where adults can come and get away from it all. So please make babysitting arrangements in advance, and come enjoy your day without the little ones.

Electronic Devices

Please help us to maintain our peaceful atmosphere by turning cell phones off when you enter the spa. Thank you.

Pricing

All of our staff members, regardless of position, meet the high standards that The Bladerunner and our clients expect. Because of the experience and availability of some of our professionals, they command higher prices.

Staff Selections/Changes

We are confident that you will find a Bladerunner professional that best serves your needs. So if you feel at any time that you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, we encourage you to do so! Your happiness is our main concern.

Product Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, we will gladly offer an exchange for like products or issue store credit. However, we do not offer cash refunds. Thank you.
